What you will be doing

  • Lead the end-to-end creation and delivery of global brand campaigns and communications across all channels, including TV, Outdoor, Digital, and Social across owned, earned, and paid media.
  • Develop campaign strategy and creative briefs that translate audience insight, brand ambition, and data into compelling creative and media direction, including adapting global brand platforms and creative for market-specific campaigns and ATL activity
  • Build and deliver retail marketing plans that connect brand storytelling to customer conversion across owned, earned, and paid environments.
  • Manage and deliver the consumer brand experience on-site including the arrivals journey and on-site guest experience, ensuring brand excellence throughout.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with creative, media, and PR agencies, setting clear scopes of work, budgets, and timelines—challenging and inspiring partners to deliver best-in-class work.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, and Communications teams to deliver integrated plans and activations that ladder up to audience and business outcomes.
  • Drive media effectiveness and demonstrate ROI through insight-led planning, performance tracking, and continuous optimisation.
  • Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the brand, contributing to the annual brand plan, campaign frameworks, and long-term creative and communications strategy.
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in elevating campaign impact through Official Partner promotional activity and amplification plans.
  • Help establish and embed best-practice frameworks for brand management, driving creative excellence, insight-led thinking, and process efficiency across the team

  • This role is integral to growing and broadening Wimbledon’s global audience, shaping how brand campaigns shows up creatively, culturally, and strategically across the world.

About you

  • 5+ years’ experience in consumer-facing brand marketing, creative marketing, or campaign management, ideally within sport or entertainment.
  • Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns that build long-term brand value and deliver measurable impact.
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing mix across paid, owned, and earned channels — and experience managing campaigns across broadcast, OOH, and digital/social.
  • Experience interrogating media strategy and performance to inform creative and optimise campaign outcomes.
  • A natural storyteller and creative thinker, with a strategic mindset and the ability to turn insight into inspiring briefs and actionable plans.
  • Audience-first and data-driven, with a strong grasp of segmentation, insight application, and measurement frameworks to continually optimise activity.
  • Skilled collaborator and communicator, able to unite teams across Marketing, Commercial, and Communications around a shared brand vision.
  • Confident presenter and influencer, able to communicate ideas clearly to senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and delivery-focused, capable of managing multiple workstreams and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with the strategic curiosity and creative judgement to shape world-class work with limited oversight.
  • Passionate about culture, creativity, and the role of sport as a unifying global force.
