Our Recruitment Process

We are passionate about creating an outstanding experience for our members, year-round guests and everyone who visits The Championships. So, we’re really interested to know why you want to work with us and whether you share our passion for creating an outstanding experience for everyone. If you think you have the drive to deliver a world-leading sports event, then we would love to hear from you.

Our Recruitment Process

1. Apply Online!

Give as much detail in your application as you can - we don’t review CV’s in the first instance.

2. Our applications are anonymised so that we can run a fair and inclusive recruitment process.

3. Want to impress us?

Our values guide how we work and ensure we always remain “In Pursuit of Greatness”.

Tell us how you would incorporate our values in the workplace.

4. First Interview

If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to interview or assessment centre, either face to face or via Microsoft Teams.

5. We’ll ask you several competency-based interview questions. As you answer each question, make sure you describe the Situation, Task, Action and Result (S.T.A.R). Depending on the role, we may also test your level of expertise using certain software.

6. The interview is not just about us getting to know you, it is also a chance for you to decide whether this opportunity is right for you. Please ask us any questions.

7. Second Round Interview

Selecting the right applicant is important to us, so depending on the role there might be more than one stage of interview. Sometimes we might call you on the phone, other times we might ask to meet you in person or on a video call.

8. You'll hear back from us

If you’re successful, the hiring manager will tell you the good news! Unfortunately, we can’t offer a role to everyone, but we will always do our best to provide constructive feedback.
