Longevity is in our DNA and you’ll be expected to work at a sustainable pace year-round. Whilst most of that activity takes place at our main site, we do have some F&D operations located elsewhere that you’ll be involved with.

  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships at varying levels of seniority is key.

  • Environmental sustainability is important to us. We are committed to becoming carbon neutral and your opinion and actions in the F&D team will form a part of us achieving that goal.

  • A keen eye for detail is required for this role and you’ll illustrate this through the creation of presentations, reviewing menus across all of our guest segments through proof-reading and agreeing final details.

About You

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write succinct, accurate reports and make high level presentations

  • Strong organisational, project and time management skills
