First Interview If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to interview or assessment centre, either face to face or via Microsoft Teams. |
 5. We’ll ask you several competency-based interview questions. As you answer each question, make sure you describe the Situation, Task, Action and Result (S.T.A.R). Depending on the role, we may also test your level of expertise using certain software. |  6. The interview is not just about us getting to know you, it is also a chance for you to decide whether this opportunity is right for you. Please ask us any questions. |
